The co-owners of the Mazda 2-20 Ile-Perrot dealership François Gaumont and Éric Boisclair obtained their certification following training offered by the Montreal Automobile Dealers Corporation.
Since July 2010, the Montreal Automobile Dealers Corporation has been offering the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Development Program. This training enables automotive industry affiliates to learn new skills and develop effective management strategies and business practices focused on employees and customer satisfaction.
For the sake of continuous training, the co-owners of the Mazda 2-20 Ile-Perrot dealership Éric Boisclair and François Gaumont followed this development program, which covered all areas of management.
"We will be able to apply what we have learned in these courses within our dealership to go even further with our employees, always with the aim of doing more for our customers," says François Gaumont.
"It's important to us that Mazda 2-20 is a state-of-the-art dealership in the automotive industry; that is why it is important for us to take the lead and equip ourselves to innovate constantly", adds Éric Boisclair.
The two young directors graduated at an official presentation held on May 30th in Montreal. Groupe AutoForce President André Gingras, along with Vice President Richard Marcoux, also attended.
